• Generate or distribute content that is offensive, discriminatory, violent, or sexually explicit

• Attempt to bypass or exploit system vulnerabilities

• Resell or republish generated content without compliance with applicable laws and platform policies

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

5. Intellectual Property

• All software, design, and platform structure remain the property of pikgram.com

• You retain ownership of the content you generate, unless otherwise stated

• We reserve a non-exclusive license to store and display generated content as part of your user account and system logs

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you generate complies with third-party IP rights.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by AI may be imperfect, biased, or inaccurate. You acknowledge that:

• We do not guarantee factual accuracy

• Generated content should not be used as professional advice

• We are not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on generated output

7. Payments & Refunds

• Paid plans are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)

• Unless otherwise stated, all purchases are non-refundable

• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods if on a subscription plan

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

• You violate these Terms

• You misuse or abuse the Platform

• Required by law or security reasons

You may also delete your account at any time via your profile settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, profits, or business due to platform use or inability to access services

• Damages resulting from third-party integrations or AI-generated content

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
