We had such a fun time last night sampling some of the delicious recipes in the new Herbalife Cookbook. .

My chocolate energy balls (not in the cookbook) went down a storm! Even my kids liked them 🙌 They are soooo easy to make and can be frozen too - ideal for us busy mums! Here's the recipe:

Ingredients
1 cup Chocolate Formula 1
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 honey
.
Directions
Mix everything together (add a little soya milk of the mixture is too dry). Roll into 24 balls
.
Toppings
Desicated cocnut
Chopped nuts
.

Yesterday I spent a rather lovely morning in the herb house at @peterleymanorfarm. We were there for a talk on Gut Health. Learning about the delights of kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut, chia seeds, quinoa and good old cows milk. 
@lucywilliamsonnutrition gave the talk and was fantastic. She is a registered nutritionalist and her knowledge is never ending.
We also had drinks and snacks throughout from the delicious @wildstrawb_cafe and treated ourselves to a delish lunch in the yurt afterwards .....don’t tell Gavin, he has initiated a ‘month of austerity’ so while he had the pre agreed pack lunch today I had a Middle Eastern Buddha bowl of goodness 😳🤫!

Je mange rarement du pain parce que j'en raffole!! Contradictoire me direz-vous?🤔 Je vous explique, quand j'en mange je le choisis au levain, bio et jamais tranché car je préfère les tranches épaisses pour avoir pleins de mie😹😅 Alors Pourquoi j'en achète rarement? 
Parce que j'aime tellement ça qu'il est trop facile de dépasser les quantités par gourmandise 🤤💁🏼
un petit bout par ci par là et du coup si on ne pèse pas ou qu'on n'a du mal à se controler devant un aliment plaisir, on dépasse vite ses besoins énergétiques sans s'en appercevoir et c'est à mon sens encore plus frustrant de le regarder sur sa table de cuisine en bavant que ne pas en avoir à disposition!

Même méthode avec n'importe quel aliment avec lequel tu as du mal à gerer les portions! n'en achète pas ou uniquement de temps en temps si tu sens que tu ne vas pas en abuser!

A force d'éviter un aliment addictif on fini par ne plus en avoir envie! Si si je vous assure!! Essayez!

☯️Moreover being vegan means you cant even follow Dr Doug Kaufmanns protocol or Dr Natasha Price's protocol.⁣

☯️You see if you have candida you cant eat sugar in its sucrose form or in the form of high glycemic fruits dairy or grains which is converted into glucose into the body.⁣

☯️Heres the kicker, if your base diet is grains, fruits, root veg & other starches ie a vegan diet your gling to tun yourself into a dead end. ⁣

This past year has been a transformative experience for me, and I can honestly say that studying through #IIN has been one of the best things I have ever done. I’ve met new and wonderful people, started to live with greater intention, become more confident in myself and have spoken at events and even delivered a workshop. Most of all, the IIN Health Coach Training Program has helped me to find the purpose that I was so desperately searching for, and I’m looking forward to helping others through my very own health coaching programs. Small coffee detox these past few days, because someone was getting pretty anxious 😏 
If I could I would bath in coffee, I just love the taste and smell and everything 😀 But it doesn’t always love me back, so I’m having a little break and enjoying all the other delicious things that I’m usually neglecting. Like this yummy spiced turmeric latte 🌟 turmeric powder, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and black pepper blended with hot @pureharvest coconut milk and cocoa butter.

Jako treba tohle vynikajici kurkumove latte 🌟 kurkuma, zazvor, kardamom, skorice, mlety hrebicek a cerny pepr smichany s horkym kokosovym mlekem a trochou kakaoveho masla.
