I HAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT!
This Monday, May 27th, I will be starting my beta-group for an 8 week fitness challenge! I only have 7 more spots available and I would love to have you join my team. The fitness program is a combination of weight lifting and HIIT, $40, 8 weeks, 4 times a week, 30-40 minutes. You can do the program wherever you take your phone... home, the gym, outside, on vacation, anywhere!
Accountability is key with any success and that’s exactly what you’ll be getting! A community of strong women, supporting strong women, with like-minded goals, working out together and encouraging each other along the way!
