I know the “fat burning zone” myth has been shown to not be 100% accurate but I’m not here to argue that. I’m talking about to improve athletic performance. This chart below is very basic and doesn’t take into account resting heart rate but it gives a quick gauge for a 30 year old. If you have a goal of running faster or longer or if you are training for a competition or triathlon, give Heart Rate training a shot. Heute ist mal wieder Cake Sunday 👩🏼‍🍳
Von diesem hier gab es heute etwas als Snack während des Spätdienstes 😋 Ansonsten ging es nach der Arbeit noch schnell eine Runde über 9k laufen und jetzt sitzen wir schon im Stadtwerke Sommerkino in ‚Die Frau des Nobelpreisträgers‘ 🎥 Zum Glück ist es noch relativ warm genug, sonst friert man so schnell bei zwei Stunden draußen sitzen 🥶
💥1 Ei, 50g Xucker, 1 Pck Backpulver, 150ml Buttermilch, 200g Dinkelmehl ➡️ vermischen und in eine 18er Silikonform geben ➡️ Mandarinen & Johannisbeeren darauf verteilen ➡️ 40g Kokosraspeln, 20g Xucker, 20g gehobelte Mandeln vermischen und darauf verteilen ➡️ ca. 30min bei 180 Grad Ober/Unterhitze backen ➡️ auf den warmen Kuchen in der Form etwas Buttermilch gießen & auskühlen lassen💥

P R O G R E S S.
Tijdens biceps trainen, kwamen mijn schouders en triceps ineens tevoorschijn 😃. READ BELOW ⬇️. .
De laatste tijd zit ik een beetje in zo'n sleur. Opstaan, werken, huishouden, (sporten - op drie dagen), koken, eten en slapen. Dat keer 7 en dan hetzelfde in de week erna. Ik merk dat ik er geïrriteerd van raak, ik ga later naar bed waardoor ik meer moe wakker word en dat maakt alles nog x 1 erger (ik met minder slaap = 😵). Ik merk dat ik uit balans raak en dat is echt k** 🤯.
.
Juist doordat dit gebeurt, krijg ik de kans om er van te leren. Want ik geloof dat je alles in je leven krijgt en meemaakt met een reden 🎲. Zolang je er niet van leert of er steeds op dezelfde (niet optimale) manier mee om blijft gaan, blijft het terugkomen in andere situaties tot je er iets mee doet 💥.

Ik raak een beetje in paniek als ik zo uit balans raak, omdat ik het gevoel heb dat ik geen grip en controle meer heb ☯️. Juist daarom denk ik er veel over na: wat gebeurt er wel of juist niet? Waardoor reageer ik er zo op? Wat kan ik nu én op lange termijn doen om te zorgen dat ik me er wel goed bij voel? P R O G R E S S. Tijdens biceps trainen, kwamen mijn schouders en triceps ineens tevoorschijn 😃. READ BELOW ⬇️. . De laatste tijd zit ik een beetje in zo'n sleur. Opstaan, werken, huishouden, (sporten - op drie dagen), koken, eten en slapen. Dat keer 7 en dan hetzelfde in de week erna. Ik merk dat ik er geïrriteerd van raak, ik ga later naar bed waardoor ik meer moe wakker word en dat maakt alles nog x 1 erger (ik met minder slaap = 😵). Ik merk dat ik uit balans raak en dat is echt k** 🤯. . Juist doordat dit gebeurt, krijg ik de kans om er van te leren. Want ik geloof dat je alles in je leven krijgt en meemaakt met een reden 🎲. Zolang je er niet van leert of er steeds op dezelfde (niet optimale) manier mee om blijft gaan, blijft het terugkomen in andere situaties tot je er iets mee doet 💥. . Ik raak een beetje in paniek als ik zo uit balans raak, omdat ik het gevoel heb dat ik geen grip en controle meer heb ☯️. Juist daarom denk ik er veel over na: wat gebeurt er wel of juist niet? Waardoor reageer ik er zo op? Wat kan ik nu én op lange termijn doen om te zorgen dat ik me er wel goed bij voel? The trail was busy with hikers so it slowed us down but also made it kind of like a fun game to pass people 😁. Love me some Rachel Hollis! I remember when I started my business with Arbonne, I had to suppress the voices in my head that wanted to look at what was “realistic.” For the first 25 years of my life, I considered myself to be a “realist” but really that was just a coverup for having a scarcity mindset instead of one of abundance.
