It's literally been months since I last made pancakes but I had some reaaaally delicious buckwheat pancakes in London two weeks ago that made me want to make pancakes again myself. And since my mom had buckwheat flour sitting in her pantry I made buckwheat ones for the firsr time. Topped with banana, fresh strawberries, crushed walnuts and (lots of) maple syrup. So delicious, and so easy to make! Here's the recipe:
First bowl: 1 cup plant milk mixed with 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, let sit for 5 minutes.
Second bowl: 1 cup buckwheat flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda a dash of cinnamon.
Mix dry and wet ingredients together until you have a smooth batter, add more plant milk or water if needed. Add any sweetener you like.
Preheat your pan well then bake pancakes for ~2 minutes on each side.

Bell peppers are a tasty, colorful, & low calorie snack that are also extremely nutritious. Bell peppers are packed with vitamin C, A, water, & antioxidants. They’re also low in calories & a good source of additional vitamins & minerals like vitamins E, B6, K1, potassium & folate.

One common misconception is that the different colored peppers are all the same plant, just at different stages of ripeness. However, that is not true. While it is true that some green peppers in the grocery store are unripe red peppers, each color has its own unique seed and they all come from different plants. .
Green peppers- are the most bitter out of all the peppers. They contain vitamin C, but have the least amount of it compared to the others. They are also a great source of vitamin A, potassium, folate, and vitamin E. It is possible that some of the green peppers you see in the store may be unripe red peppers, however they never turn into yellow or orange ones.

Yellow peppers- have more than twice the vitamin C than green, and half the vitamin A. Additionally, yellow peppers are a good source of other vitamins & minerals like folate, vitamin E, K1,and B6 & have the antioxidant Violaxanthin present.

Fluffiest blueberry vegan pancakes 🥞💜

What I like the most about this pancake recipe is that the batter can be prepared in just 5 minutes or less. Yay!

Ingredients for 8 pancakes:
190g | 1 1/2 cups flour, sifted
30g | 1 1/2 tbsp sugar of choice
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 flax egg
1 cup vegan buttermilk
1 tbsp vegan butter, melted
1 tsp pure vanilla bean paste
Handful (about 120g) fresh blueberries
Vegetable oil for cooking
Maple syrup and extra blueberries to serve.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda and whisk to combine.
2. In a separate bowl add buttermilk, vanilla and melted butter.
3. Add the flax egg to the buttermilk and whisk to combine.
4. Pour the wet ingredient mixture into the dry ingredients and stir till mostly incorporated. The batter should be thick and a little lumpy. Gently fold in the blueberries. Set the batter aside for 10-15 minutes.
5. Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat and lightly grease it with oil. Use a 1/4 cup measure to scoop the batter into the pan.
6. Cook until the first side is golden brown, or until the top surface forms bubbles. Flip and repeat on the other side.

Love, Yuki♡ _ Ingredients for 8 pancakes: 190g | 1 1/2 cups flour, sifted 30g | 1 1/2 tbsp sugar of choice 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda Pinch of salt 1 flax egg 1 cup vegan buttermilk 1 tbsp vegan butter, melted 1 tsp pure vanilla bean paste Handful (about 120g) fresh blueberries Vegetable oil for cooking Maple syrup and extra blueberries to serve. _ INSTRUCTIONS 1. In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda and whisk to combine. 2. In a separate bowl add buttermilk, vanilla and melted butter. 3. Add the flax egg to the buttermilk and whisk to combine. 4. Pour the wet ingredient mixture into the dry ingredients and stir till mostly incorporated. The batter should be thick and a little lumpy. Gently fold in the blueberries. Set the batter aside for 10-15 minutes. 5. Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat and lightly grease it with oil. Use a 1/4 cup measure to scoop the batter into the pan. 6. Cook until the first side is golden brown, or until the top surface forms bubbles. 135 gr oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp coconut sugar

2- Wash and scrub Medium size sweet potato.
3- Cover baking pan with parchment paper.
4- Pierce a few holes around the sweet potato then let bake for 45 minutes.

Le dosi per due persone:

25gr di basilico
8gr di pinoli
Se usate il frullatore ricordate di frullare a piccoli impulsi per non riscaldare il basilico o diventa scuro. Un altro accorgimento può essere di tenere le lame in frigorifero prima di utilizzarle. .

Anybody thinking who’s ‘ms mollys’ then its a brand that is only available in Tesco..
Think its a remake of there everyday value..
However thought id give the milk chocolate a go seeing as it was so cheap.. 30p per 100g..
Not the greatest milk chocolate ive ever had but was still quite nice.. lacked sweetness and tasted a little more like dark chocolate..
